About the Company
A recently carved-out SaaS business in the hospitality technology space is seeking interim support for its 2026 commercial planning process. Following turnover in the Sales Operations team, leadership requires an experienced contractor who can quickly step in to provide hands-on support across sales planning, quota setting, and incentive modeling. This role is highly visible, reporting to RevOps and interfacing with senior leadership, requiring someone who can both execute detailed modeling and act as a thought partner in shaping incentive structures and sales plans.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will provide sales operations and commercial planning expertise, supporting sales plan modeling, quota allocation, and incentive structure design. Responsibilities include building bottom-up and top-down sales models, developing seasonality frameworks, creating quota-setting templates, and owning the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) model. The consultant will leverage Salesforce and BI tools to generate insights and support leadership decision-making during planning season. A strong ability to balance analytical modeling with executive-level communication and strategic input is critical.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations / RevOps roles, ideally in SaaS/software (hospitality sector experience a plus);
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel expertise, including version control and scenario planning;
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (reporting and analytics) and BI tools such as Tableau;
- Experience with both quota setting and sales incentive design, with confidence to present to senior leadership;
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and iterate quickly with minimal ramp-up.
