Our agency operates fully in compliance with Bulgarian (Labour Code and Ordinance No. 2/2003 on Employment Mediation) and European legislation. We do not allow charging job candidates – all costs are covered by the employers. This is also guaranteed in our contracts with all partners for recruitment services.
According to the international standard (ILO Convention No. 181, Article 7):
“Private employment agencies shall not charge directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any recruiting fees or costs to workers.”
“Agencies may mediate employment only on the basis of a written agreement with the job seeker and a written agreement with the employer or principal.”
