The selected candidate will complete the initial onboarding period in the Houston office before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead electrical construction and installation activities on a utility-scale renewable energy project.
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation activities.
- Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Monitor progress and daily or weekly production.
- Identify and resolve field issues.
- Enforce OSHA and project-specific safety requirements.
- Support commissioning and punch-list close-out activities.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction.
- Experience with utility-scale solar or battery energy storage system projects is preferred.
- Previous professional experience in the United States is required.
- Experience supervising electrical construction and installation crews.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with project, QA/QC, and safety teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety and site requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, New Mexico, after the initial onboarding period in Houston.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Utility-scale solar construction experience.
- Battery energy storage system construction experience.
- Commissioning and punch-list close-out experience.
COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS
- Annual Base Salary: $130,000–$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Per Diem: $120 per day, seven days per week.
- Rotation: During scheduled rotation, the company covers rotation travel and no hotel is booked.
- Company Vehicle: A company truck is provided for work-related use after relocation to the Alamogordo project site.
- Relocation: The selected candidate must relocate to Alamogordo. Relocation expenses are not provided.
