JOB DESCRIPTION
The consultant will conduct IT security and infrastructure assessments, develop remediation plans, and support integration activities within a PE-backed transformation environment. The focus includes:

Reviewing and strengthening security, compliance, and risk management frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).

Performing infrastructure and applications landscape reviews (on-premises and cloud).

Supporting pre- and post-acquisition integration initiatives and technology due diligence.

Preparing roadmaps for modernization, resilience, and disaster recovery.

Advising on cost optimization, vendor management, and governance improvements.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate)

15+ years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

Proven record in M&A or post-merger integration projects within PE or multinational contexts.

Hands-on expertise in IAM, EDR/SIEM, DR/BCP, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Experience managing both security and infrastructure/application domains.

Familiarity with cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and digital transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and governance skills.
