Large international companies and global agencies, prestigious hospitals and healthcare institutions, financial organizations, and others — all with registered offices and HR departments, GDPR compliance, and readiness to support relocation.

Minimum Order Volume

At least 10 positions per project, with clearly defined job descriptions and approximate salary ranges.

Model EOR

We offer Employer of Record (EOR) services when needed, but we prefer direct employment through labor contracts.

Location Assessment

After hiring, we visit offices and accommodations on site to ensure safe and comfortable conditions.

Contract Signing and Advance Payment

The process begins after the contract is signed and an advance payment is made, which defines the number of positions, fees, deadlines, and GDPR clauses.
