Job Description
The FP&A Reporting and Business Analyst will support financial planning and analysis activities in a global manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include creating, modifying, reconciling, and validating financial reports from Oracle EPM, as well as integrating external data from SQL databases into both conventional and ad hoc reports. The consultant will also assist in automating manual reporting processes currently managed in Excel, ensuring greater efficiency, consistency, and accuracy in financial reporting.
Employment Requirements (Ideal Candidate)

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM reporting;

Proficiency in extracting and reconciling data from SQL databases;

Background in financial planning and analysis within large-scale organisations, ideally manufacturing;

Experience automating manual reporting processes, particularly in Excel;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

Ability to collaborate effectively with small finance teams and report directly into leadership.
