Job Description
The NetSuite Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for validating system recommendations, guiding implementation, and ensuring effective integration of two merged companies into a unified NetSuite instance. This includes reviewing and confirming West Monroe’s findings, identifying potential implementation pitfalls, and developing a comprehensive playbook of system architecture, integrations, and process flows. The role will oversee entity structure setup, data migration, revenue recognition, and SuiteBilling configuration, as well as coordinate vendor and partner activities. The Project Manager will also provide technical expertise to inform key decisions, ensure integration with tools such as Bill.com and reconciliation modules, and align reporting structures to support long-term data warehousing and business intelligence goals.
Employment Requirements (Ideal Candidate)

Deep expertise in NetSuite implementation, including OneWorld and SuiteBilling;

Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, with SaaS P&L and balance sheet experience;

Demonstrated success creating playbooks and best-practice implementation frameworks;

Background in both consulting and in-house roles preferred;

Ability to collaborate closely with internal accounting teams;

Comfortable operating in flexible, milestone-driven project environments.
