Operating under a decentralized model, much of the P&L, GTM, and operational responsibility remains with the business units. Due to this structure and the sales-oriented nature of the go-to-market approach, the Marketing function is underdeveloped and requires immediate strengthening.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will focus on strengthening the company’s marketing capabilities with a clear emphasis on actionable lead generation. Responsibilities include assessing and improving product marketing and brand positioning, supporting agency selection and management, and developing sales collateral to enable business development efforts. The consultant will also activate campaigns across digital channels and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency within the marketing function. A hands-on, results-driven approach is essential, with the goal of delivering tangible improvements within months rather than long-term strategic roadmaps.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

  • Strong experience in lead generation and digital marketing within B2B industries;

  • Proven success in agency selection, management, and collaboration;

  • Expertise in product marketing, positioning, and brand development;

  • Ability to develop effective sales collateral and enablement materials;

  • Hands-on experience in activating marketing campaigns across digital channels;

  • Proven ability to deliver short-term, high-impact marketing improvements;

  • Familiarity with highly acquisitive or multi-brand environments is a plus.
