JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant(s) will refine the existing roadmap and lead implementation of JIRA (Work Management and Service Desk) and its integration with Planview. The role includes overseeing multiple work streams, validating delivery milestones, configuring JIRA deployments, and building scalable integration points between JIRA and Planview. Hands-on involvement will be required, covering both strategic planning and technical execution. Support will include defining delivery frameworks, ensuring healthcare compliance, and advising on long-term scalability (with potential Aha! integration).
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Proven success implementing JIRA in large, complex environments;

Experience with Planview (or similar enterprise planning tools);

Familiarity with regulated industries; healthcare experience preferred;

Experience in cross-functional global teams;

Ability to operate strategically and tactically;

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills;

Experience designing frameworks aligned with industry standards;

Track record guiding organizations through complex implementations.
