Job Description
The Interim CIO will ensure the IT organisation continues to run smoothly while overseeing IT, cloud, and cybersecurity teams. The role also involves leading several high-impact transformation initiatives, including the continuation of an offshoring programme, advancing the company’s AI strategy, and progressing cost optimisation workstreams. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Interim CIO will play a critical role in aligning technology operations with business priorities and ensuring long-term organisational effectiveness.
Employment Requirements (Ideal Candidate)

Proven experience as CIO or senior IT executive within the software or cybersecurity industry;

Strong background in managing IT, cloud, and cybersecurity operations;

Experience driving transformational initiatives such as off-shoring, AI strategy development, and cost optimisation;

Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex change initiatives;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level;

Ability to operate effectively in a fully remote leadership role.
