JOB DESCRIPTION:

Define and execute the global professional services strategy aligned with company growth objectives;

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes and product adoption;
-
Own and manage the P&L for the Professional Services organisation;
-
Establish and track key performance indicators (utilisation, project delivery timelines, CSAT, margin);
-
Build scalable systems and processes to support delivery operations, reporting, and resource allocation;
-
Lead and develop a global team of consultants, delivery specialists, and project managers;
-
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement;
-
Act as executive sponsor for key accounts to ensure high-quality project delivery and long-term customer value;
-
Design and evolve service offerings and consulting packages that align with customer needs and product capabilities;

Continuously improve delivery methodologies, tools, and enablement practices;
-
Stay informed of trends in legal tech and consulting delivery to ensure the team remains best-in-class.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

10+ years of experience leading Professional Services teams in SaaS or Legal Tech environments;

Proven success managing global delivery teams with full P&L ownership;

Strong operational skillset with experience building systems, processes, and analytics for performance tracking;

Expertise in implementation services, consulting engagements, and customer engagement strategy;
-
Strong communication and executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders;
-
Familiarity with law firm workflows and legal operations;
-
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, PSA tools, and data visualisation software;
-
Track record of scaling services organisations through growth or transformation phases.
