The organisation is currently exploring several strategic transaction options, including a minority capital raise, refinancing, or a full sale. With strong market positioning and a track record of growth through acquisition, the company is seeking to strengthen its Finance leadership to optimise processes, improve systems, and successfully manage upcoming transactions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Partner with the executive leadership team and PE stakeholders to lead financial strategy during a period of potential transaction activity;

  • Oversee and improve Finance processes, systems, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate financial close;

  • Provide strong FP&A leadership to support business decision-making and transaction readiness;

  • Project manage and execute capital raises, refinancing, or potential sale processes;

  • Support integration of finance and IT systems to optimise operations, particularly following acquisitions;

  • Upskill and mentor the Finance team to enhance capabilities and ensure operational excellence.


EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

  • Proven experience with e-commerce and retail consumer companies;

  • Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) skills;

  • Experience managing capital raises and complex transactions;

  • Track record of improving Finance team performance and closing books on time;

  • Experience integrating finance and back-office IT systems post-acquisition;

  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote leadership role.
