JOB DESCRIPTION:
-
Partner with the executive leadership team and PE stakeholders to lead financial strategy during a period of potential transaction activity;

Oversee and improve Finance processes, systems, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate financial close;

Provide strong FP&A leadership to support business decision-making and transaction readiness;

Project manage and execute capital raises, refinancing, or potential sale processes;

Support integration of finance and IT systems to optimise operations, particularly following acquisitions;

Upskill and mentor the Finance team to enhance capabilities and ensure operational excellence.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Proven experience with e-commerce and retail consumer companies;

Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) skills;

Experience managing capital raises and complex transactions;

Track record of improving Finance team performance and closing books on time;

Experience integrating finance and back-office IT systems post-acquisition;

Ability to operate effectively in a remote leadership role.
