
About the Company
A private equity firm with an investment in a Stockholm-based SaaS company is acquiring a Nordic-based peer to broaden its product offering. As the portfolio company has limited in-house acquisition experience, the firm is seeking an experienced resource to support the post-merger integration (PMI) process. The integration will focus on three critical areas: Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Communications. This individual will serve as a program-level facilitator—ensuring that functional initiatives meet leadership expectations, milestones are achieved, and cross-functional alignment is maintained. The consultant will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, CSO, CPO, CTO, SVP of Sales, and CMO) and a member of the PE firm’s Portfolio Operations team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will serve as a program-level facilitator, ensuring functional initiatives meet leadership expectations, milestones are achieved, and cross-functional alignment is maintained across Product, GTM, and Communications. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Proven experience as a PMI or transformation leader, ideally in SaaS/software environments

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across C-suite teams

Experience with post-merger integrations in private equity-backed businesses

Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution oversight

Europe-based, with ability to travel weekly/bi-weekly to Stockholm
