A Private Equity-backed technology-driven health solutions and services company focused on public sector healthcare programs is undergoing a large-scale transformation and is looking for bandwidth support within their project management team to support the execution of the various projects and workstreams. They are looking for strong, senior-level Project Managers who can be plugged into high-priority initiatives as needed. These consultants will provide structure, execution support, and leadership across corporate-level initiatives as the company builds out its own centralized, world-class Project Management Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Project Managers will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through execution, supporting corporate transformation initiatives such as process centralization, technology rollouts, and operational improvements. They will work alongside SMEs and internal teams to organize, drive, and deliver projects on time and within scope while navigating organizational complexity and escalating issues to resolve bottlenecks. Responsibilities also include presenting updates and recommendations to executive leadership and supporting the assessment of current project management needs across the business.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Profile):

Extensive project management experience, with proven success driving large-scale corporate initiatives;

Operator-oriented with strong delivery and execution skills;

Experience working across global organizations and multiple departments;

Comfortable introducing best-in-class project management practices into evolving or centralized PM structures;

Director-level or above, with ability to influence and lead at senior levels;

Industry experience in healthcare or technology a plus, but not required;

Strong track record navigating complex, fast-changing, and sometimes dysfunctional environments.
