The company has been undergoing multiple transformation initiatives in both commercial and operational optimization, but lacks a centralized program management structure. The ePMO will serve as the central hub for prioritizing initiatives, aligning resources, and coordinating cross-functional projects, reporting directly to the CEO.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for establishing an enterprise PMO from scratch, creating the governance, processes, and structure necessary to centralize ongoing transformation initiatives. This role requires working directly with the CEO and C-suite, bringing both executive-level communication and hands-on program management skills. The consultant will help scope, structure, and organize the new PMO, ensuring disciplined coordination of commercial and operational projects across the organization.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Proven experience standing up and scaling enterprise PMOs from scratch;

Background working with ~$1–5B sized companies, ideally in industrial or relevant sectors;

Strong track record in cross-functional transformation leadership (commercial + operational optimization);

Excellent executive-level communication skills and ability to work closely with C-suite;

Hands-on program management expertise with ability to structure phased PMO implementation.
