These projects will cover all aspects of compensation, including quota setting, commission vs. bonus structures, and incentive modeling.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will lead or support client engagements focused on sales compensation design. Responsibilities include developing sales compensation strategies, designing commission and bonus structures, modeling quota attainment, and supporting analytics to evaluate effectiveness. The role may also involve managing associates, facilitating client workshops, and overseeing stakeholder engagement. Consultants must be able to operate both strategically and hands-on, ensuring effective plan design and smooth implementation across client organizations.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Proven expertise in B2B sales compensation strategy, design, and implementation;

Strong modeling and analytical skills (quota setting, incentive design, payout modeling);

Experience with commission vs. bonus structures, and quota attainment frameworks;

Ability to manage full client engagements including associates, meetings, and stakeholder relationships;

Consulting experience strongly preferred;

Availability to commit 20–40 hours per week, with flexibility for full-time capacity.
