JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will lead a 12-week initiative to overhaul operator training programs in the Blending and Sauce operations. Responsibilities include assessing current methods and materials, mapping required skills by role and shift, and designing standardized, hands-on training modules that address real production challenges. The consultant will collaborate with plant leadership, HR, and hourly teams to implement sustainable processes for onboarding and skill development. A pilot program will be rolled out in one work area before scaling across all shifts and centers. The consultant will be expected to work directly on the plant floor, build rapport with unionized teams, problem-solve in real time, and ensure documentation aligns with SOPs. A transition plan from current to future state will be delivered to guarantee long-term success.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Onsite presence in Kenosha, WI for the majority of the 12-week engagement (day and night shifts as required; 12-hour shifts common);

Strong background in Plant Operations, Continuous Improvement (CI), Training & Development, or HR;

Experience working in unionized environments (preferred);

Manufacturing experience, Food & Beverage industry background a plus;

Hands-on, facilitator mindset with ability to engage one-on-one and in small groups;

Ability to collaborate with VP of Beverage Operations, Plant Director, and HR Director to drive adoption and results.
