JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will bridge maintenance field expertise with advanced data management practices to strengthen maintenance processes across the organization. Responsibilities include evaluating and improving maintenance operations, designing systems that effectively track equipment analytics, and integrating these processes into broader Operational Excellence initiatives. This includes alignment with Daily Management Systems, Autonomous Maintenance, Continuous Improvement programs, and workforce Training. The consultant will ensure that enhanced data-driven insights directly support improved maintenance effectiveness and sustainable operational excellence.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

Strong hands-on maintenance expertise gained in the field;

Proven ability to implement and optimize data management systems for equipment analytics;

Experience connecting maintenance processes to broader Operational Excellence initiatives;

Familiarity with Daily Management Systems, Autonomous Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Training integration;

Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
