JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The consultant will review Salesforce and HubSpot platforms and recommend the most suitable unified CRM path. The role includes validating the long-term viability of HubSpot versus Salesforce, providing consultation on features, limitations, and required custom configurations, and advising on CRM alignment with NetSuite for sales, marketing, and reporting integration. The consultant will work with NetSuite and operations teams to define CRM <> ERP architecture, identify integration risks and propose mitigation strategies, and define required resources and roles. Additional responsibilities include leading CRM migration planning and execution, ensuring GTM alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams, and supporting customer segmentation and product mapping. The role requires both strategic recommendations and hands-on operational execution.

    EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS (Ideal Candidate):

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Salesforce;

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience with HubSpot;

    • Deep expertise integrating NetSuite with Salesforce and HubSpot;

    • Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations in SaaS or healthtech;

    • Proven success in leading CRM architecture and integration projects;

    • Experience with CRM migrations, customer segmentation, and GTM system design;

               Ability to provide both strategic recommendations and operational execution.
