THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Salary – 2577,38 BGN gross/2000 BGN net – during the season from 1st May to 30th September;
    Over 50% of pay for the rest of the year is provided by the employer under a signed agreement to work next year.;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will perform the following working activities:

  • To be responsible for the excellent service to hotel guests;
  • Quality control of task completion by a deadline;
  • Creating of monthly schedule and monitoring the implementation of the daily schedule;
  • Creating references;
  • Scheduling an hour for cleaning the rooms by maids;
  • Monitoring the quality of the work of the reception administrators and hotel maids;
  • Monitoring of payments, reports, and accounts;
  • To carry out all daily activities as per hotel standards;
  • To keep track of all booking, arriving guests, and their special needs;
  • To be aware of all hotel rooms and prices;
  • Ensuring a high standard of service and performance by the team;
  • To carry out tasks assigned by the manager of the hotel to you;
  • To be aware of all hotel services;
  • Managing a team of reception – administrators and maids;
  • To prepare booking reports, accounts, and invoices;
  • Operating with Clock software;
  • Administrating hotel teams, the reception, and maids;
  • To organize the work of the maids according to the occupancy of the hotels;
  • To work with a reservation system;
  • To create reports for the maids and mark on the report which rooms are a priority for cleaning.
  • Staff selection and training of staff;
  • To delegate tasks between reception employees and maids;
  • To motivate reception employees and maids;
  • To resolve cases from hotel guests, with a smile and understanding, by phone, email, and face-to-face;
  • To respond to hotel guest questions.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in all-inclusive;
  • Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business administration, or other education related to the job offer;
  • High professional culture;
  • Professional and respectful behavior, individual approach, as well as flexibility and dedication to the guests, the hotel, and the team;
  • Candidates with experience in international companies are with advantage;
  • Precision, seriousness, responsibility;
  • Experience with Clock Software;
  • Tolerant attitude toward guests and colleagues;
  • To have a good memory; 
  • Excellent level of spoken and written English;
  • It’s a must second western language;
  • Skills for integrating new processes in work;
  • Responsible and dedicated to your work;
  • Making important decisions;
  • Excellent de-escalation and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and independently;
  • To be proactive towards the customers and the team;
  • Multitasking;
  • Delegation tasks skills.
