THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Salary – 3801.85 BGN gross/3000 BGN net;
• Work time – from 09:00 to 18:00 (Saturdays and Sundays – on a certain period, you will be on duty principal in rotation with colleagues);
• Paid leave – 20 days;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will perform the following working activities:

• You will be responsible for tour operators, groups, and festivals;
• You will be responsible for sales, marketing, and sales of the hotel chain;
• Professional and respectful behavior, individual approach, as well as flexibility and dedication to guests, hotels, and team;
• Quality control of task completion by a deadline;
• To lead the hotel marketing and sales of the hotel services department;
• Working with a budget and setting the prices according to the budget;
• Organizing events, promotions, and initiatives related to marketing and sales;
• Setting targets and helping the team to achieve targets;
• Rewarding and motivating the achievement of targets;
• Assigning and delegating  tasks related to marketing and sales to the team;
• Monitoring the factors affecting the profitability of the hotel;
• Providing reports of activity and success of the department to the Director-General;
• Presentation of the hotel in a positive and professional environment;
• Creating, maintaining, and developing  business and client relationships;
• Tracking and creating, and developing business opportunities aiding hotel profitability.

• Candidates with experience in international companies are with advantage;
• Precision seriousness, responsibility;
• Experience with Clock Software.
• Excellent English language;
• It’s a mandatory second western language;
• Previous experience as Sales manager and marketing of hotel services;
• Reccomndations from preveus employers;
• Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business administration, or other education related to the job offer;
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiations skills;
• Skills for budgeting;
• Good skills for working with social media;
• Reservations in all Bulgarian and international platforms;
• Knowledge of the work with reservation systems;
• Solid experience and skills in sales and business negotiations;
• Desire and motivation for achieving targets;
• Task delegation skills;
• Willingness for learning and self-improvement;
• The driving license is a plus for you;
• Using special software.
