THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Salary -3801.85 BGN gross/3000 BGN net – during the season from 1st May to 30th September;
  Over 50% of pay for the rest of the year is provided by the employer under a signed agreement to work next year.;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will perform the following working activities:

• Creating teams of the hotel;
• Managing two hotels;
• Professional and respectful behavior, individual approach, as well as flexibility and dedication to guests, hotels, and team;
• Welcoming groups;
• Organizing the schedule;
• Check-in and supervise team periodically and on weekends as needed;
• Proactivity towards attracting and retaining hotel clients;
• Collaborative teamwork with the marketing manager;
• Performing administrative and marketing tasks;
• Work with booking and all reservation systems and manager channels;
• Ensuring occupancy of 60 – 80% of the hotel and restaurant part and achieving a higher average price;
• Selection and training of staff;
• Creating job descriptions;
• Quality control of task completion by a deadline;
• Organizing the overall activities on welcoming, accommodation, and customer servicing  of the hotel;
• Controlling the quality of hotel services offered;
• You will be responsible for hotel renovations and hotel modernization;
• Controlling the financial results of hotel operations;
• Creating work schedules for hotel staff;
• Advertising the hotel and ensuring that the hotel is fully occupied with guests;
• Monitoring and maintaining all hotel registers and documentation;
• Saving hotel documentation and hotel registers;
• You will be responsible for the hotel security of staff and guests.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• You should be smiling and ready to help;
• Experience with Clock Software;
• Proactivity;
• Previous experience in managing a minimum 4-star hotel;
• Еffectiveness;
• Stability.
• Excellent proficiency in English;
• It’s a mandatory second western language;
• Candidates with experience in international companies are with advantage;
• Precision, seriousness, responsibility;
• Marketing orientation.
• Candidates with international experience are with advantage;
• Recommendations from previous employers are mandatory;
• Ten years of experience in all-inclusive;
• Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business administration, or other education related to the job offer;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Skills for task delegation;
• Skills for working in a team with multiple departments;
• Excellent ability for multitasking;
• Excellent de-escalation skills for appeared situations.
