  • Salary – 2577,38 BGN gross/2000 BGN net during the season from 1st May to 30th September;
    Over 50% of pay for the rest of the year is provided by the employer under a signed agreement to work next year.;

You will perform the following working activities:

  • Supervision and management of employees;
  • You will be in charge of the whole process of supply, maintenance, and operation of the hotel’s restaurants;
  • Staff selection and training of staff;
  • You will be attending the block meals;
  • Ensures and maintains the productivity level of employees;
  • Manages all day-to-day operations;
  • Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations;
  • Manages the Food and Beverage departments;
  • Organizing the work of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses in all restaurants of the hotel;
  • Monitoring of the quality of kitchen production; 
  • Setting service expectations for all guests of the hotel.
  • Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction;
  • Providing excellent service to the clients;
  • You will be supervising and executing the tasks;
  • Quality control of task completion by a deadline;
  • Supervises and manages food employees;
  • Developing and implementing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and execute the work of the department;
  • Calculations and work with a budget;


  • 10 years of experience in all-inclusive.Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas;
  • Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business administration, or other education related to the job offer;
  • Candidates with experience in international companies are with advantage;
  • Professional and respectful behavior, individual approach, as well as flexibility and dedication to the guests, the hotel, and the team;
  • Proactivity;
  • Precision, seriousness, responsibility;
  • English – excellent level;
  • It’s a must second western language;
  • Knowledge in the field of organization restaurants, bars, and hotels.
