THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Salary – 3801.85 BGN gross/3000 BGN net – during the season from 1st May to 30th September;
  Over 50% of pay for the rest of the year is provided by the employer under a signed agreement to work next year.;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will perform the following working activities:

• Managing different departments;
• There will be a management sublevel;
• Preparing the technical facilities and ensuring that repairs are completed on time;
• Working to a schedule. On June 1st, the aquapark should be ready to open;
• Quality control of task completion by a deadline;
• Staff selection and training of staff;
• Creating job descriptions;
• Creating safe work conditions;
• You will be responsible for marketing and sales of aquapark services;
• Work with a budget and set prices according to the budget;
• Organizing events, promotions, and initiatives related to marketing and sales;
• Rewarding and motivating the achievement of targets;
• You will be responsible for the recruitment and training of the employees. You will be managing and training all staff – saviors, cashiers, etc.;
• Setting targets and helping the team to reach targets;
• Assigning and delegating  tasks related to marketing and sales to the team;
• Monitoring the factors affecting the profitability of the hotel;
• Maximizing the profitability of the hotel and its services;
• Providing reports of activity and success of the department to the Director-General;
• Presentation of the hotel in a positive and professional environment;
• Creating, maintaining, and developing business and customers relationships;
• Tracking and creating, and developing business opportunities aiding aquapark profitability;
• During the season, you will manage aquapark staff, slides, and safety rules to be followed.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• To be a sales-oriented person.
• Experience with Clock software;
• Candidates with experience in international companies are with advantage;
• Professional and respectful behavior, individual approach, as well as flexibility and dedication to the guests, the waterpark and the team;
• Precision seriousness, responsibility;
• Excellent English language;
• A second western language is a must;
• Previous experience of 5 years in managing of aquapark;
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, and management of tourist properties;
• Recommendations for previous employers;
• Higher education – Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Business administration, or other education related to the job offer;
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiations skills;
• Good skills for budgeting; 
• Good skills for working with social media;
• Booking with Bulgarian and international platforms;
• Solid experience and skills in sales and business negotiations;
• Team motivation skills and mentoring skills;
• Desire and motivation for achieving targets;
• Task delegation skills;
• Willingness for learning and self-improvement;
• The driving license is a plus for you;
• Using special software;
• Multitasking;
